ATTENTION: Please be advised that rooms are still available for the conference dates of 8/29-31, but our group block is mostly sold out for other nights during that week and weekend. As of 3/16/12, we are able to secure rooms for extra nights for registered attendees by request. Should the reservation system show that rooms are not available for your requested dates, contact us at registration (at) blackwriters.org or 626.86WRITE with the name on your conference registration, dates you will be needing accommodations, and preferred room type, and we will assist you with confirming your hotel reservation for all nights of your stay.

Westin king guestroom with ocean viewBWRC group accommodations are  $129 per night plus 11% occupancy and sales tax. BWRC overnight guests will enjoy complimentary Internet access, discounted valet parking of $20 each night, 10% Heavenly Spa discount, and complimentary WestinWORKOUT fitness center access. Conference attendees who are not guests of the hotel will have daily valet parking discounted to $10 per day.

Guests who book outside of the BWRC block will not enjoy any of these special BWRC group concessions.
