BWRC Announces Scholarship Opportunities
Jan 2nd, 2010 | By BWRC | Category: NewsThree scholarships—awarded in creative writing—are available to any potential BWRC participant. The 2010 scholarships provide tuition for one full day of workshops and do not cover transportation or lodging costs. Discounted tuition is available to winners should they wish to register for the second day of workshops. Scholarships should be considered meritorious awards, not financial aid. Winners are selected based on applicants’ skills, abilities, accomplishments, and promise as writers and contributors to the literary community. Senior citizens and students (age 12 and up) are especially encouraged to apply.
