Early Registration Ends in Two Weeks
Early registration will end April 30 as well as your opportunity to take advantage of our payment plan. A $150 deposit will lock in your registration at the $295 rate as long as the balance is paid by May 15. After April 30, registration rates will increase $50. Urban Mediamakers Film Festival Joins BWRC 2010 Sponsors
The 9th annual Urban Mediamakers Film Festival (UMFF) 2010 will take place October 14-17, 2010 at the Marriott Hotel – Norcross at 475 Technology Parkway in Norcross, Georgia. “Changing the World, One Story at a Time” is our continued theme, showcasing exceptional independent films. Wellness Sessions Added to 2010 Program
Certified Group Fitness Instructor Maggie Davenport will offer 10-20 minute sessions each morning during the conference of tai chi ['meditation in motion'], gentle stretching and ‘centering’ to help prepare you for a full day of openness and acceptance, exchange of ideas, strategies, and inspiration. Maggie, who teaches Tai Chi, yoga, pilates and bodyworks, is a fitness instructor at LA Fitness and Absolute Body Symmetry. For more information, visit Wellness.
BWRC Selects Eklectiks Books as Official Conference Bookseller
BWRC is pleased to announce the selection of Eklectiks as the official BWRC 2010 bookseller. W Hotel Sells Out of Doubles
With BWRC group reservations at an all-time high, demand has exceeded supply at the W. Although the W has sold out of doubles and only six singles remain, the nearby Hilton Suites has ample suites available at a rate of $99 per night. Located within a mile of the W, the Hilton offers two-room suites with hard wired and wireless high speed internet access, two 32-inch flat panel LCD HDTVs, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools. Give Me Five Competition to Open for Judging
Soon conference registrants will have the chance to participate in selecting the winners of the Give Me Five Writing Competition. Within the next month, top entries will be posted on the forum for conference registrants to select their favorites. If you haven’t registered on the new forum, register here. While you’re there, take a moment to introduce yourself, respond to some of the discussions, or start your own topics.
