Exhibitor space will be made available during the 2010 BWRC on Thursday and Friday, June 24 & 25, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Slots are offered first to BWRC workshop presenters and then made available on a first-come, first-served basis to other exhibitors with products or services that are in keeping with the character of the BWRC. Exhibit tables are available for use by vendors (publishers, companies, service providers, etc.) and authors who wish to display materials to conference participants.

Each exhibitor is provided with exhibit space of one or one-half of a six-foot, skirted display table with one chair at the rates outlined on the registration form. Discounted rates are available for conference registrants. Exhibitors also receive recognition on the website. For more information, download the Exhibitor Information and Registration Form.
