Past BWRC attendees are eligible for a reduced price off the full registration fee of $369. Email us for your discount code.

SPRING SPECIAL

Pay for one full conference registration and get a second “Buddy” registration for 35% off current rates ($240) or get two registrations for $305. Reply to the first registration confirmation email with name of “Buddy” to receive discount code OR submit both registrations and include the name of your registration “Buddy” in comment area and receive a $64 rebate for each registration within 48 hours. Discount ends on June 19, the last day of spring.

GROUP DISCOUNT

Discounts are available at the current registration rate for groups of four or more conference registrants. Discount codes cannot be applied after registration is complete. Email BWRC with the names of the members of your group to receive discount code. Offer may not be used in conjunction with payment plans. Discounts are given in the following increments:

4 – 6 people = Save 6% off each registration

7 – 9 people = Save 8% off each registration

10 or more people = Save 10% off each registration

PAYMENT PLAN REGISTRATION

Pay a minimum deposit of $150 by April 30 and the balance by June 30 to lock in the $329 rate. If payment in full is not received by June 30, current registration rates will apply. Fifty dollars ($50) of your initial payment will be nonrefundable to cover administrative and transaction fees. All cancellation/refund requests must be in writing and received on or prior to July 31, 2012 by mail or fax. No refunds will be issued after August 1. Additional payments may be made via the Payments checkout form.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All requests for refunds must be in writing and received on or prior to July 31, 2012 by mail or fax. No refunds will be issued after August 1. A 30% administrative fee will be assessed for all refunds prior to July 1. A 40% charge will be assessed for all refunds through July 31. Refunds will be issued within 14 days. Black Writers Reunion & Conference reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker or session without notice.

This year we’re taking a giant step in our transition to “green.” Conference registration can now be completed solely via our online registration system. There are no registration forms to send in. Simply click the payment button below to begin our easy registration process.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Upon registering, you will receive instant confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please notify us via email (registration (at) blackwriters.org) and include the registrant’s as well as the credit card owner (if different), the amount submitted, and the date on which payment was made.

Payments by mail will receive confirmation at the email address provided on the registration form within 10 business days or via postal mail within 14 days if no email address is provided.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Advance registration ends on August 19, 2012. Registrations by mail must be postmarked on or before that date. Online registrations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CST. On-site/walk-up registration will be offered for workshops only as space permits; full registration will not be offered. BWRC does not guarantee that on-site registration will be available.
