GROUP DISCOUNT
Group discounts are available for five or more people registering for full conference beginning January 1, 2010. A discount code MUST be obtained prior to registration. Discount codes cannot be applied after registration is complete. Offer may not be used in conjunction with payment plans. Discounts are given in the following increments:

5 – 8 people = $15 off (Save 5%)
9 – 12 people = $20 off (Save 7%)
13 or more people = $25 off (Save 9%)

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

Early Registration Payment Plan – Available January 1 through April 15 for full conference registrations. Pay a minimum deposit of $150 by April 15 and the balance by May 15 to lock in the $295 rate. If payment in full is not received by May 15, current registration rates will apply.

Terms – Fifty dollars ($50) of your initial payment will be nonrefundable to cover administrative and transaction fees. All cancellation/refund requests must be in writing and received on or prior to May 1, 2010 by mail or fax. No refunds will be given after May 1.

   You will receive your payment confirmation via e-mail. Forward a copy of that receipt along with your completed registration form using one of the following methods.

Registration Confirmations

Online registrations will receive instant confirmation of payment via e-mail, followed by confirmation from BWRC Registration within 10-14 days. If you do not receive your PayPal receipt within 24 hours, please notify us by forwarding a copy of your receipt to registration (at) blackwriters.org or contact us and include the name of the registrant as well as the credit card owner (if different), the amount submitted, and the date on which payment was made.

Please note: Your PayPal receipt serves as instant confirmation and you will automatically receive an official confirmation with information for new registrants within 10-14 days. You do not need to request confirmation of your registration unless you do not receive an email from BWRC Registration within the two weeks after you register.

Payments by mail will receive confirmation at the email address provided on the registration form within 10 business days or via postal mail within 14 days if no email address is provided.

On-Site Registration

Advance registration ends on Monday, June 14, 2010. Registrations by mail must be postmarked on or before June 14. Online registrations must be submitted by 7 p.m. CST. On-site/walk-up registration for full conference will be $375 provided seats are still available. BWRC offers no guarantees that on-site registration will be offered.
